At Soul of Rāe, your satisfaction is essential, which is why we make your customer experience a priority.

Here are the conditions applicable to your returns and refunds, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception, where applicable, of return shipping costs which are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. The period begins as soon as you, or the person of your choice (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the item.

Your order number
The item concerned
Your clear intention to withdraw

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request.

Exceptions au droit de rétractation

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned or exchanged.

We therefore invite you to choose these pieces with care, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

This exclusion is mentioned before the validation of your order.
